You retain ownership of all content you upload to Jazabaa Stream. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant Jazabaa Stream the right to display, distribute, and promote your content worldwide.

2. Platform Usage

You agree to use Jazabaa Stream for legal, non-infringing purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and agree not to upload material that violates any laws, including copyright laws.

3. Payment and Revenue Sharing

As a channel owner, you will receive 90% of the revenue generated from your content. Jazabaa Stream retains a 10% platform fee for hosting, distribution, and maintenance.

4. Termination of Agreement

Jazabaa Stream reserves the right to remove any content that violates our terms, or suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

5. Platform Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, including its features and services, at any time without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jazabaa Stream harmless from any legal claims or actions arising from the content you upload or your use of the platform.
